The machine is equipped with two cameras, one of which checks the correctness of the sequence of serial number and the number of prints, and other checks the quality of safety holograms.Maximum speed is 20 stamps per second. After the error detection roll is returned to the position of the wrong stamp so that operators could correct the error or remove the stamp. The operator has the ability to adjust the position and intensity of lighting control software.

Optical control for printing accuracy verification on a rotary printing machine (AKD)

The system is installed on a rotary printing machine which prints serial numbers on sheets of paper. It is equipped with five line cameras that  record the entire  sheet and examine if the sequence of serial numbers is correct and accuracy of print of each number. Maximum speed is 2 sheets per second, resulting in examining 560 serial numbers in one second. Additionally , the system examines whether there is damage to the hologram. The operator has an overview of all errors that occurred and quick positioning to the place of error . Program has the option of error image recording.  If the program reports false error on a certain number, the number can be added in a database as a new templete for that number.

Machine for packaging and automatic optical quality inspection of PTC ceramic components

The machine is designed for inspection the ceramic PTC elements of cylindrical form.Elements come in a metal stand (200 elements in the carrier) that is inserted into the entrance ramp of the machine (one load is 10 000 elements). Empty carriers are transferred to horizontal transport to another elevator and the machine can be unloaded with no downtime. Vacuum hand takes the elements row by row and puts them on a conveyor belt. Using the conveyor belt elements pass under three cameras viewing the top, bottom and side of the cylindrical element. Faulty components are put into three plastic bins, depending on the side where the damage occurred. Components that have successfully passed all three inspections are going to company logo and product label printing. After the printing is carried out, quality of the print is inspected. Also occupancy of the output carrier is inspected. Unloading of full paper carriers is done by cart (9000 components in one load).

Automatic packing of candy bags in transport boxes (KRAŠ)

The machine is designed for packing bags of candy (80, 90, 100 and 200 grams) in transport boxes. This is a separate system consisting of conveyor belts, the device for opening the box and the filling of open boxes. Conveyor belt is attached to the vertical bag packager and is fully synchronized with the machine before it so the machine is synchronized with the device to which is connected. Selecting the amount of bags in a box defined by selecting the number on the display. System is operated by Siemens PLC-s7200 with the appropriate touch panel. Such packaging system is useful for packaging various types of products resulting from the vertical packaging systems, and its characteristics well and accurate count the packets in a box. There are various forms stacking inside the box so that the output of the machine comes with boxes neatly arranged packets ready for gluing.

The system for palletising and transporting radiators (LIPOVICA)

The system consists of lifting pallets, conveyor rollers and automatic pallet wrappers. Pallet lifter ensures that the pallet is in an ideal position so that operator can easily assemble the radiator. Lowering is done after completing the order. When the pallet is full it is automatically transported using the roller conveyor to automated wrapper. After the wrapping, pallet is moved to the warehouse using the roller conveyour. The system is controlled by Siemens PLC in combination with frequency regulators to ensure speed and quality of the transported pallets. The advantage of our system is the production of conveyor and other parts of the process according to desires of the customer.

Machine for automatic mounting handles on the water tanks (NATURALIS)

The system consists of vibro feeder, runner system and a system to accurately orient handles for proper installation. Vibro feeder is to automatically handles the delivery system for installation, which ensures complete autonomy. Transporter located in the middle of the machine comes to water bottles that are automatically mounted handles. The machine provides a constant supply of handles on the place of assembly, and their exact orientation. Six-sided optical inspection of SMD components (SELK)

On existing OKANO systems for optical inspection of SMD components Damco Ltd. is making upgrades.

Upgrades include:

- replacement of 4 analog cameras with 6 digital color cameras
- installation of 7 PCs. Processing images from the cameras is done by ​​six computers. Seventh computer (server) is used for displaying the results of the inspection, setting the parameters of visual inspection and supervision of the encoder system.
- replacement of existing lighting with RGB LED lights. Each channel lighting is set at different angles to the SMD element. Such implementation allows the identification of various types of defects on the inspection elements, because each of the RGB channelsfiltered through a CCD camera and processed separately.
- control the position of components within a system and sorting system is implemented using the encoder.

Remote monitoring and control of temperature (SELK)

The system for remote control heating / cooling strictly controlled space.It consists of thermostat and electronics, which communicates via the Bluetooth protocol to a remote computer on which a program is installed that was developed for this purpose. Through the program on the PC very easy to enter parameters of the highest and lowest possible room temperature. Thus Electronics can adjust heating or cooling as needed.In the case of some errors in the executive units, user is timely notified via audible and visual signaling, and signaling as a pop-up window on the screen. Each alarm and temperature change is saved in a separate file associated with thedate and time of events to better control the system. The advantage of this system is a wireless control of measurements on dislocated places.



CNC large format drilling machine (TELEGRA)

The system is used for simple drilling and grooving of various grid given via a PC.The system consists of XYZ servo systems, motors for drilling and grooving (water cooled speeds to 12,000 rpm), tanks and pumps for the emulsion and the management of a combination of PC-> PLC. Indent multi-DXF template in PC-management program that defines the required template drilling and threading.By selecting the desired layer of the machine is automatically set to the desired mode (drilling / grooving).The required accuracy of of the machine is 0.1mm, which is provided with servo drives and measuring rods in the feedback. The maximum size of the panel is 2500x1200 mm. The advantage of such a system is simple and accurate automatic drilling and notching the default templates.

Machine dimensions are defined by the size of the desired panel. Development and installation of a fully automated line palletising (VIVERA)

The line consists of an entrance area that is used for supplying the correct box and preparation, place for palletizer (lift range with three-axis control for proper rotation and positioning of boxes on a pallet with a servo-controlled systems), container for empty pallets, paper tray for placing the box between lines , the associated roller conveyor for delivery / shipping pallets and automatic pallet wrappers with stretch wrap. The system provides fully automated palletising and dispatching pallet to the location of transportation of finished pallets. Option to connect to the high rack storage system that enables a complete automatic process from production to warehouse. The advantages of our system is creating a complete system custom made.
